What is TheSafestAI?+
TheSafestAI gives a business the full power of a modern AI assistant, but the owner stays in charge. It only does what it is allowed to do, acts only with approval, and ties every file and request to a verified person on a verified device. TheSafestAI is a division of 1Omni Group.
Which AI models does it use?+
OMNi uses the same class of leading models businesses already use, with our security layer on top. You can bring your own tokens, or use ours.
Is my data used for training?+
On AWS Bedrock, your prompts and files are not used to train the underlying models. Traffic can stay on private network endpoints, encrypted with keys the customer controls.
What does "airtight, not air-gapped" mean?+
Air-gapped AI is cut off from everything. TheSafestAI keeps AI in the cloud your team already uses and is designed to seal it with owner consent, device keys, IP checks and an audit log.
What happens if an employee goes rogue?+
OMNi runs preset actions only and politely declines anything else. The request is logged with who, which device, which IP and where, so the owner can see it.
How are files checked?+
On every open: first the location (does the request come from the expected IP?), then the device (do the device keys match?). Only then does the file open.
Do I need SafeSuite too?+
Only if you need to recall, expire or destroy a file after it's sent. SafeSuite is an optional upgrade, offered as an authorized SafeSuite reseller.
How is pricing structured?+
Plans are per seat, with early-adopter pricing that is subject to change and a 2-seat minimum on paid plans. Bringing your own AI tokens can save money. A founding-client pilot is available with no cost, no card and no commitment. Fill in the short form on the pricing page to see the plans.
